Delete your account.

This page applies to the Tiny Beacon mobile app, including the Google Play app package com.cybernated.tinybeacon.

Start in the app

Open the Tiny Beacon app, go to Settings → Privacy & data controls, then choose Request Account/Data Deletion. Because deleting a family account affects every member, we verify each request through support before anything is removed — the app points you to the email below.

Delete by email

Email [email protected] from your registered account email address and ask us to delete your account. We verify the request and process account deletion within 30 days. You can also reach us at [email protected].

What gets deleted

Deleting your account permanently removes the account and its associated data:

• Account details and sign-in
• Family links
• All location history
• Safe zones
• Alerts and emergency records
• Consent records
• Any other safety data associated with the family

If a child withdraws consent, further collection for that child stops immediately and the retained safety data is deleted right away, with any residual files cleaned up within 24 hours.

Stop sharing without deleting your account

You do not have to delete the whole account to change what Tiny Beacon uses. Consent can be revoked in the app at any time — collection stops immediately, and the safety data retained for that child is removed.
